Born and raised in Arizona, Frank received his advanced degree from SMU in Dallas. He has been the fearless lead pastor at Lighthouse since 1990. Frank and his bride Kris live in Fort Worth with their dog Trinity. Frank and Kris have 2 sons who are married and one grandson, Greyson, and expecting another grandchild. Frank loves tinkering with his 1972 Toyota Cruiser, spending time with Kris and can always be found with coffee and Oreos.
Bobby CullenExecutive Pastor of Administration
Bobby has worked for United Methodist churches since 1988. At FUMC Lewisville he moved from office assistant to financial secretary to assistant pastor. From 1996-2001 he was Associate Pastor for Sunset UMC in Pasadena, TX. From there he moved to the office of the Central Texas Conference as the Youth in Missions Director and later transitioned to the Director of Information Technology. In January 2008, Bobby joined Lighthouse Fellowship full time as the Executive Pastor. He is an ordained Deacon with a BBA in Information Technology, BA in Religious Studies, and Master of Divinity from SMU. He is married to Kellie who is a Speech Therapist for Fort Worth ISD.
Dan MorrisExecutive Pastor of Discipleship
Dan loves seeing lives changed when people encounter God’s grace. This is because he was radically changed when he experienced that grace himself. That’s why his life verse is Acts 20:24, “I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.”
Dan was born in Dallas and raised in Abilene. He has an undergraduate degree in ministry, a Masters of Religious Education, a Masters of Divinity, and a Doctorate of Ministry. Dan is married to Mimi, who teaches Life Skills at Wilkie Middle School. Dan and Mimi have two daughters: Paige and Kaleigh.
Jessica AmonMinistry Support Staff and Events Coordinator
Jessica was born and raised in Fort Worth where she met her awesome husband Jeffrey. She is a caffeine-dependent life form addicted to her Kindle, orange soda and eating chips and salsa. Jessica has the memory of an elephant and can assist you with almost any task. She loves serving in any ways she can at Lighthouse and making lifelong friends.
Cynthia BarnettDirector of Youth Ministries
Cynthia grew up in nearby Saginaw where she graduated from Boswell High School. Cynthia felt the Lord’s “tug” on her heart for Children’s ministry in 2007. Since then she has answered God’s calling & devoted her time to Children’s Ministry by becoming a Sunday School Teacher, In-Depth Bible Study Teacher and VBC Leader.
In 2009, Cynthia joined the leadership team full time as the Director of Children’s Ministry. In 2011, Lighthouse launched a new ministry for our preteens (5th & 6th graders) led by Cynthia and she became the director of all of Lighthouse’s youth ministries in 2015. Cynthia is committed to Lighthouse Fellowship and its students to help them see the world through Jesus’ eyes & develop a servant’s heart. She lives in the area with her husband, Tim, and two sons, Dakota & Matthew.
Cindy BozarthParish Nurse
Cindy was born and raised in Pauls Valley, OK, and received her nursing degree from University of Oklahoma. She has practiced nursing for 40 years in Fort Worth hospitals. In 1999, she felt God call her into “ministry.” At the time she wasn’t sure where that would lead her, but through the exploration of God’s call, she became acquainted with Faith Community Nursing, and felt certain this was the direction God was leading her. She has been serving as the Faith Community Nurse for 13 years providing referrals, screenings, advocacy, education and support to the congregation and community surrounding Lighthouse.
Cindy and her husband Bob have three children (Blake, Paul and Parker) and five grandchildren (Lilly, Brody, Eisley, Clay and Mayer).
Andy CrawfordFacilities Care Coordinator
Andy was born and raised in Fort Worth. He received a B.S. degree, in Industrial Arts, from North Texas State University. He entered the U.S. Air Force from school and served as a Weapons System and Electronic Warfare Officer in the Phantom II jet fighter aircraft for over 20 years. He also served as a Program Analyst in the Civil Services for Headquarters Air Force at the Pentagon. He retired in 2002 and returned to Fort Worth after being gone 37 years. As a volunteer, he began caring for Lighthouse Fellowship Church facilities in 2007.
Chick CullenPastor of Caring Ministries
Chick was ordained a Deacon in the Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church in 1984 and an Elder in 1986. He served as a youth leader and associate pastor at FUMC Lewisville from 1982-1986. From 1986 until 1990 he served under appointment as an associate pastor in Marshall and Pearland, TX. From 1990-2009 he served as Senior Pastor of FUMC Groves, St.John’s UMC in Texas City, Cedar Creek Lake UMC in Tool, Park Place UMC in Houston and Grace UMC in Texas City, TX. He moved to Fort Worth in 2010 and began serving at Lighthouse in 2011. Chick received his Bachelor of Science in 1965 from SMU and his Master of Divinity from SMU in 1986. He is married to Debbie and they have 6 children, Chris (wife Kristen), Bobby (wife Kellie) Cathleen (husband Bill), Pat (wife Rocio), David, and Tina (husband Rich) and 5 grandchildren.
Nanci DanielsenDirector of Children's Ministries and LCA Administrator
Nanci loves working with children! She holds a BS in Early Childhood Education and has been employed at Lighthouse for over 19 years. She and her husband Rich have two children, both who graduated from Oklahoma State University. When time allows, they enjoy spending it together as a family, whether it be camping, playing board games or just hanging out by the pool. Nanci also enjoys horseback riding, cooking, baking and reading.
Gigi HollisExecutive Assistant, Office Manager & Director of First Impressions
Gigi grew up in Katy, Texas, where she married her husband Richard. They have 3 daughters and 5 beautiful grand-babies. She loves spending time being Grandma, a connoisseur of coffee and Mexican food, and hanging out with the love of her life, Richard!
Gigi loves connecting with guests on Sunday mornings and has a deep passion for connecting with them at Lighthouse. She believes God sends them and it’s our job to welcome them so they may know the love of Christ!
Jason WilliamsDirector of Marketing & Communications
Jason Williams has been the Director of Marketing and Communication at Lighthouse since late 2016. God has gifted Jason with a passion for connecting with people and finding creative ways to communicate the love of Christ with others. Jason shares his life with his beautiful wife Blake, who introduced him to Lighthouse, a daughter Eisley, and two sons, Clay and Mayer. Eisley describes her dad as “nice, funny, caring, loving, and lovable” and we completely agree!
Besides his love for all things graphic arts, Jason is also passionate about photography, an avid wakeboarder, and won’t turn down an offer for lemon cake or a Coke Zero.
Dan SmithLicensed Counselor
Dan directs the counseling ministry at Lighthouse. He has been involved in counseling at churches in Lubbock and Albuquerque. He is a licensed professional counselor in Texas and a marriage and family therapist. He has a Master’s degree in counseling from Texas Woman’s University and a PhD in Psychology from California University. He is married to Tammy who is a registered nurse and has two grown children and five grandchildren. He and Tammy enjoy fishing, golf and hiking.
Michelle CatonDirector of Missions
Michelle is a Texan at heart transplanted from California as a teenager. She met her husband, Bryan, at Texas A&M University where they were dance partners on the Aggie Wranglers country & western dance team. She is a “recovering educator” teaching secondary math for 11 years before leaving the classroom formally to be a full-time wife and mom to 4 crazy kids. She may need a tissue or two as this school year draws to a close and all her children are getting ready to move on to new adventures. Parker, her oldest, will be graduating from high school; Avery, her sports fanatic, will be moving up to high school; and her twins, Kennedy and Dawson will be entering the scary realm of middle school! Michelle has always had the heart of a servant and is excited to discover how God wants to use her in this new role. She would love to partner with you to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community!
Jody WilliamsonDirector of Equipping
Jody was born and raised in Alliance, Nebraska (Go Huskers!), where she met and married her husband Dick (born in Sturgis, South Dakota) while working as a clerk for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. They moved to Newcastle, Wyoming where they worshiped and served at First United Methodist Church. Dick remained with the railroad while Jody worked as a bank teller, office manager and Mary Kay Sales Director. After living in Newcastle for 20 years, Dick was transferred to BNSF headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas. They found a church home at Lake Worth United Methodist Church, which is now Lighthouse Fellowship in 2001. Jody’s interests and hobbies include biblical leadership development, football, reading, gardening and spending time with friends and family. Together Dick and Jody enjoy working on their house together and travelling north to see their families.

Jack GermaineBOD Chair
Jack and his wife Misty have been members of Lighthouse Fellowship for 8 years. Married for over 26 years, they have three sons, Geoffrey, Tyler and Ben. Geoffrey attends Texas A&M, Tyler, TCU, and Ben will be attending the University of Alabama in the Fall. Jack works for Texas Health Resources. Jack is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and earned his MBA from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. Jack is a native of the Houston, Clear Lake area. Jack and Misty, who is from North Richland Hills, met at SFA. Jack’s hobbies include being a Band parent, watching college football, playing ice hockey and target shooting.
In addition to serving on the Board, Jack serves on the Lighthouse Leadership Academy Core Team and the Welcome Team.
Chuck FieldingBOD Vice Chair
Chuck Fielding and his wife Vanessa joined Lighthouse in January of 2002. Their daughter Cassidy and son Wyatt were both Christened at a young age here at Lighthouse and have grown up with the Lighthouse family. Chuck has been employed with Parker Hannifin Corporation in the aerospace sector for 25 years where he met his wife Vanessa in 1996. The Fielding’s enjoy spending time together at home, at their family ranch with their growing herd of longhorn cattle, hunting and fishing, youth volleyball and baseball tournaments and an occasional trip to Colorado for winter sports or summer heat relief. Chuck (with Vanessa’s blessings of course) has chaired the advanced planning, “Joel Team” over the last few years and this year was elected to the board of directors as Vice Chairman. Chuck and his family love being a part of the Lighthouse family and are excited about seeing it be a part of God’s Kingdom Come!
Lavenia Weathers was born and raised in West Texas. She attended Texas Tech University majoring in Art. She and Jim have been married for over 45 years. They have two daughters, Corrie and Jaime, and five wonderful grandchildren.
Lavenia is Financial Director for Texas Lighting. She served on the Board of Community Link Mission and volunteered as the Pantry Manager for over 4 years.
Lavenia loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling with Jim and visiting art galleries. Her hobbies include drawing, painting, knitting, stain glass, throwing pots and reading.
In the 4 ½ years that Lavenia and Jim have been members of Lighthouse, in addition to serving on the Board, she serves on the Women’s Ministry Core Team, the Welcome Team, First Impressions and in the Prayer Shawl Ministry. She was Co-Chair for the Future Forward Capital Campaign and is a graduate of Lighthouse Leadership Course Levels 1 and 2.

Tommi was born & raised in Texas. She’s been married to Steve Eck since 1998 and they have two daughters, Payton and Briley. Tommi graduated from Old Dominion University and works for the City of Arlington. She enjoys spending off time with her family and being outdoors. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors at Lighthouse, she teaches a second grade Sunday school class & volunteers with the Caregivers.
David GearyParish Relations Chair
David Geary, his wife Kelly and their three daughters joined Lighthouse in 2012. David has been employed with Tarrant Regional Water District for over thirty years, and has spent the last 20 plus years managing the District’s western reservoirs including Eagle Mountain Lake and Lake Bridgeport. He also is the Chief of the district’s Law Enforcement Division, a Master Peace Officer, Public Safety Diver and Marine Accident Investigator. He enjoys fishing, golf and biking. He currently serves on the Azle ISD Long Range Facility Planning Committee. David admires the people of Lighthouse and their strong commitment to the betterment of the community.
Terri and her husband Bernie have been married 17 years. They raised a blended family with one daughter and one son. Their daughter Shannon lives in Seattle and grew up at Lighthouse (Lake Worth United Methodist Church at that time). Their son Ryan is married to Brittany. Terri is a Real Estate Broker at Keller Williams and is co-owner of The Christian Group. Terri and her family love to travel, cruise and entertain.
