The CareGivers Ministry lovingly serves those who are homebound or have just returned home from the hospital by providing wonderfully delicious meals. Backpacks for Kids
Together with Tarrant Area Food Bank we send home backpacks filled with nutritious, kid-friendly food with children who are identified as “food insecure” and may otherwise be hungry over the weekend. We also support the families with extra support over the holidays and even send home a special treat for the children’s birthdays. Community Link Mission, Inc. is a non-profit organization depending solely on the generosity of individuals, local churches and businesses of the community for donations to fund the organization. They provide food assistance to local families in need. Lighthouse supports Community Link by donating food, giving monetarily and encouraging members to volunteer. More about Community Link Here.
This benevolence ministry provides short-term financial assistance to those in need. Depending on the circumstances, assistance is given towards rent, utilities, gas, food or other needs. For more information, call the church office at 817-237-2758.
Kids Hope USA is a national, non-profit organization that facilitates mentoring relationships with at-risk children through a church-school partnership.
