Follow Me and Die

Following Jesus isn’t about making life easier—it’s about surrender. At Caesarea Philippi, Jesus makes it clear: deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow Him. This isn’t self-improvement Christianity; it’s dying to self so we can truly live. The parable of the sower reminds us that not every heart will go deep—some are hardened, shallow, or distracted—but those who let the seed take root will bear lasting fruit. The question is simple: are we living to preserve ourselves, or to glorify God? Real discipleship means letting go of who the world says we are and stepping into the mission of following Christ wherever we go.
