The Battle is Real, but the Victory is Won

Spiritual warfare is real, and pretending it isn’t doesn’t make it go away. Scripture reminds us that evil isn’t just symbolic—it’s active in the world and aimed directly at believers. 1 Peter 5:8–9 warns us to stay alert, because the enemy seeks to destroy what God is building. But we don’t fight from fear—we fight from victory. Jesus has already won, and 1 John 4:4 assures us that the One who lives in us is greater than the one in the world. Our call is to put on God’s armor, stand firm in faith, and live with confidence knowing the battle may be fierce, but the outcome is already decided.
